About Stacy Kuzmick
Stacy is an Ohio native. She graduated from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY with her B.S in Clinical Science, Masters in Physical Therapy and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
In January 2012, Stacy completed the Functional Manual Therapy Orthopaedic Residency through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA), where she completed extensive training with Tim Crunk, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, CFMT, FAAOMPT at Crunk PT in Greenville/Greer, SC.
In August 2012, Stacy completed the IPAʼs Functional Manual Therapy Certification (CFMT).
