About Sarah Lindquist Lengar

Sarah graduated with her Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2005. She then worked in an outpatient private practice in Chicago where she developed her skills as a manual therapist and became certified in 2012 as a Functional Manual Therapist. Since then, she has taken coursework and spent time training as a pelvic health therapist. She developed a passion in treating women throughout the continuum of pregnancy, helping them to be as efficient as possible, prepare them for labor/delivery and assist with post-partum care. She has a passion for treating the body as a whole, helping to change alignment and retrain the body to move the way it was meant to! She has been in Indianapolis since 2017.
