Rachel Erickson

About Rachel Erickson

Rachel earned her certification with distinction in Functional Manual Therapy after a four-year residency program under the Institute of Physical Art. She utilizes a manual therapy and PNF-based treatment model with a focus on functional efficiency for clients with orthopedic conditions. Rachel is passionate about uncovering the innate potential within each person through empowering and individualized care.

She is professionally fluent in Spanish and loves to bridge the gap in care that can exist for the Spanish-speaking population.

In 2016, Rachel completed an immersive, month-long yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. Her passion for education on the mind-body connection extends to her physical therapy clients as she knows this is an integral part of long-term health and recovery. Her own personal experience and health conditions have provided her with empathy and the ability to create a healing environment in the clinic.

Outside of work hours, Rachel is often in the North Cascades hiking, running, and climbing. She believes her time is best spent with those she loves, being creative, active and in flow (with a side of good food).
