About Blair Watson
Blair Watson is a physical therapist with 17 years of experience and owner of Blair Watson Physical Therapy LLC in Cary/Raleigh, North Carolina. She is proud to serve women encountering pelvic health conditions and adults with orthopedic conditions in her practice.
Blair received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science in 2004 and Master of Physical Therapy in 2007 from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She was the first candidate to be accepted and graduate from Georgetown University Hospital’s Orthopedic/Functional Manual Therapy Residency in 2011. Blair earned her Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2018 and achieved her Certification in Functional Manual Therapy (CFMT) with Honors in 2019. She also has completed extensive advanced training in pelvic rehabilitation and frequently uses trigger point dry needling in her practice.
